This Winnie the Pooh Diaper Cake is a 3 tier diaper cake made with 75 diapers. 45 on the bottom tier, 20 on the middle tier, and 10 on the top tier.
I secured two baby bottle to a serving plate with hot glue. Then I rubber banded the rolled diapers to the bottles making sure that the overall shape remains round. Repeat this for each tier.
I hot glued baby spoons to the back of each ribbon wrapped item and stuck the spoons in the diaper to secure each item to the cake.

For the deluxe style, I make sure I have my 85 diapers, cake pans to help arrange them uniformly in the fanned style. Make three tiers(40, 28, and 17 diapers) and secure them with rubber bands around the outside of each tier. I use cardboard paper towel rolls in the center for stability, then decorate according to baby shower theme or nursery theme. In the case of this diaper cake it was decorated for the baby shower colors of blue, green and brown.
I included a Curious George stuffed animal that the customer had. So I also incorporated some monkey embellishments to tie George in with the cake.

A "Sip N See Baby Shower" is where guests come to see and celebrate the newborn baby after he/she has arrived. It is perfect for adopted babies - giving the new parents a chance to show off their new little one! 
A Sip N See can be a casual event, where guests stop in, visit, sip on punch and munch on snacks. Or it can be a stylish occasion full of decadent desserts, designer decorations and tons of family and friends!
